These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Jenisa Florist & Gifts website and any orders placed with us, whether online, by phone or in person at 150 Byng Street, Opposite Tourist Information Centre Orange, NSW 2800. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Introduction
Jenisa Florist & Gifts ("we", "us", "our") supplies fresh flower arrangements, plants, gift baskets, balloons and related products to customers in Orange, NSW and surrounding areas. These terms apply to every order placed with us, regardless of how it is placed.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed online, by phone on (02) 6362 8475, or in person at our studio. Full payment is generally required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed. We accept [insert accepted payment methods, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, cash in-store].
Product colours, flower varieties and container styles shown on this website are a guide only and may vary depending on seasonal availability.
3. Delivery & Collection
We offer local delivery across Orange and surrounding suburbs. Same-day delivery is subject to order cut-off times [insert cut-off time, e.g. 2:00pm weekdays, 10:00am Saturdays] and availability. Delivery fees may apply and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the address and timeframe provided.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, inaccessible delivery locations, or events outside our control.
- If nobody is available to receive a delivery, we may leave the order in a safe place, with a neighbour, at a reception desk, or arrange redelivery — at our discretion.
4. Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, we sometimes need to substitute specific flower varieties or colours with those of equal or greater value, while keeping to the overall style, colour scheme and value of the original order.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Because flowers are perishable and arrangements are made to order, cancellation requests must be made as early as possible and at least [insert timeframe, e.g. 24 hours] before the scheduled delivery or collection time. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched for delivery, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If an arrangement arrives damaged or is materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, redesign or refund, as appropriate.
6. Weddings & Events
Wedding and event bookings may require a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due before the event. Specific terms, quotes and cancellation timeframes for event and wedding flowers will be confirmed in writing with you directly during consultation.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenisa Florist & Gifts is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the supply or delivery of products. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to Jenisa Florist & Gifts and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
